When you reach your monthly scan or conversation limit, you'll be prompted to upgrade to continue using premium features.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Our AI achieves 95%+ accuracy for purebred pets and 85%+ for mixed breeds, using advanced computer vision and machine learning.

4. Troubleshooting

Scanner not detecting breed

  1. Ensure good lighting and the pet is centered in frame.
  2. Clean the camera lens; avoid motion blur.
  3. Try another angle (profile + frontal).
  4. Update the app to the latest version.
  5. If issue persists, send us: device model, OS version, app version, and a sample image to support@fuur.ai.

Translator not recognizing sounds

  1. Grant microphone permission in device settings.
  2. Reduce background noise; move closer to your pet.
  3. Record at least 3-5 seconds for better analysis.
  4. Restart the app and try again.
  5. Still stuck? Share a short clip and steps to reproduce.

Subscription not activating after payment

  1. Pull to refresh the Subscription screen.
  2. Confirm the charge in your app store receipt.
  3. Sign out and sign back in.
  4. If unresolved after 15 minutes, email support with your receipt ID and account email.

Notifications not working

  1. Enable notifications in Settings → Notifications.
  2. Disable Focus/Do Not Disturb modes.
  3. Check device-level notification settings for Fuur AI.
Pro tip: Most issues resolve after updating to the latest app version and restarting your device.

5. Known Issues

Beta Status: Fuur AI is currently in beta. Responses may not always be perfect as we continue to improve our AI models.

  • Translation Accuracy: Pet sound interpretation is improving but may not always be 100% accurate
  • Breed Detection: Some mixed breeds or rare breeds may have lower confidence scores
  • Response Quality: AI responses are continuously being refined and upgraded
